In principle, we obtain the personal data mentioned above directly from you. In addition to the purposes stated above, we may also process your personal data:

Camera Use
Swaegers has installed cameras inside and outside the company. The camera surveillance serves the following purposes:
- to protect safety and health, including the safety, health, and welfare of animals;
- to protect Swaegers’ property;
- to monitor the production process;
- to monitor employees’ work performance.
The footage is retained for a period of 1 month. Footage recorded by cameras installed for the purpose of protecting animal welfare is retained for a period of 40 days.
If you wish to view the footage, you may submit a request to the Data Controller.
Right to One’s Own Image
Swaegers may, in the course of its business operations and activities, take photographs or video recordings of individuals present on the premises. If, as a customer and/or supplier, you do not wish for Swaegers to use these images or videos featuring you for promotional purposes via its Website or other channels, you may submit an objection to Swaegers. Swaegers will make every effort to take the necessary measures to ensure your right to your own image.
